To promote social and economic development
among local employees, side businesses, such
as laundry services and selling of goods have
been created, being constantly monitored by
the management but directly ran by our local
employees.

Sustainable Travel is encouraged through
recycling, composting and producing our own
vegetables in the Urubamba Villas own bio-
orchard, fertilized by compost made of organic
waste. Additionally, Urubamba Villas is
planning to develop a reforestation program
along with the nearby community, which will
also allow interaction between guests and
members of the local community.
